About The Upgrade Co.

The Upgrade Co. exists to shorten the distance between knowing your life has to change and having the money, skills, support, peace and evidence that it actually has.

I created it for women 45+ who are building and rebuilding after separation or divorce.

Women who know the relationship is over but are still dealing with the unfinished consequences: money, work, housing, legal delays, children, health, confidence, faith and the exhausting question:

Where the hell do I start?

Why I Created The Upgrade Co.

I created this company from inside my own rebuild.

I am 50, separated, still raising children and still managing real responsibilities. I am rebuilding my finances, business, home, health, confidence, faith and future one practical step at a time.

For a long time, I did what many capable women do.

I held things together. I adapted. I over-functioned. I explained too much, forgave too much and carried far more than one person should have to carry.

Eventually, I realised I did not need another vague inspirational quote.

I did not need a trendy new term for a problem I already understood.

I needed a map.

I needed useful tools, simple systems and enough mental space to hear myself think again.

Most of all, I needed help turning:

“I cannot keep living like this”

into:

“Look what I have built.”

That is why The Upgrade Co. exists.

What We Help Women Build and Rebuild

This is not a place to spend the next five years analysing your former partner.

The past can provide useful evidence, but it does not get to become the destination.

The Upgrade Co. creates practical resources to help women:

get clearer about their money;

return to meaningful work or start a business;
rebuild confidence and trust in their decisions;
reduce repetitive negative thinking;
create a safe, comfortable home;

The Upgrade Co. offers free content, newsletters, books, journals, digital resources, AI tools and practical systems designed to help you make real progress.

The method is simple:

tell the truth in plain English;
make the heavy stuff lighter with humour;
break intimidating change into manageable pieces;
offer something useful to think, decide or do next;
help you collect evidence that your life is changing.

Faith is consistently present and welcoming.

God is not added as decoration, and faith is never used to promise an easy outcome. It is part of how we discern, endure, choose, create and find peace.

You do not need to share all of my beliefs before you are allowed through the door.

What We Will Never Do

The Upgrade Co. will never knowingly sell gimmicks, false guarantees, effortless-income fantasies or products designed to profit from keeping a woman frightened, ashamed or dependent.

We will not manufacture pain to sell relief.

We will not tell you that buying a product is the same as changing your life.

Every resource must help you think more clearly, make a decision, take action, practise a skill, build something useful or produce evidence of progress.

We will provide the tracks, the train and some useful destinations.
